I just started doing your workouts(specifically the Power Hour/MIS/Body Max DVD)after reading so much about them on videofitness.com and other sites. WOW! You broke me out of my rut ("old" Firm workouts) and took me to the next level. I won't let a friend borrow the DVD because I can't part with it. My question is :
Can you recommend which CARDIO workouts better suited to a space-challenged New Yorker with 2 left feet?

I'm not Cathe, but . . .

For the space-challenged New Yorker with 2 left feet, from the space-challenged Minnesotan who is the rankiing klutz of the Cathe forums:

Interval Max 1 and Interval Max 2 (supreme step cardio with relatively simple choreography)

Boot Camp - extremely simple cardio moves, as well as lower, upper and core body training

Maximum Intensity Cardio (hi/lo like you've never seen it, and step work that can increase your coordination as well)

Note that re space challenges, you can always substitute other in-place moves for the travelling moves: side-to-side steps, calf-pumps, jumping jacks, plyo jacks (modified or straight up), power scissors, etc. (Those in ascending order of intensity.)

Hope this helps! Welcome to the gang!
