need forum help!!!!

I have a few questions. This forum is very different from when I was a frequent user.
1. I uploaded a picture of myself for my profile when I signed on and it isn't showing up. There is a question mark instead of a photo. Why?
2. How do you upload anything in pictures and albums? I don't understand the questions really. (title, description,etc)
3. I was looking at Cathe Nation - is the food program the only thing that you need to "buy"? Is everything else free to use?

I'm sorry if these are stupid questions , but this forum is much more involved and I am not the most technical person when it comes to these things.

i know with the pictures it has to be a certain size or pixel to be uploaded. i will be darn if i could remember the site i went to when uploaded and resized my avatar picture. hopefully somebody else could chime in with that.

for photos. titles are the titles of your albums or each photo while description is anything you want to tell about the picture.

i don't really use much else other then mycathespace on occasion and the forum so i don't know much about the other do-dads around here.

Thank you so much. As you can see my husband figured out the picture problem when I told him about your post about pixels.
I looked at the albums and understand the idea now.
I will look into more and more as I get more time. I generally have about 20 or so min's between digestion time and workouts. I'm just getting back into it and need to stay consistent.
