Correction about the Meridia:
I just talked with my neighbor about her diet pill. It turns out that she was "going" to take Meridia but was put on Adipex (generic: phentermine), instead. This diet pill is used when there is a presence of diabetes or HYPERTENSION.
She keeps insisting, however, that the progresterone is what is making her sick. I will do more search on Adipex.
I just wanted to clarify this so as not to lead anyone astray.
I have to hand it to her though, she bought a Buns of Steel step box for $2 at a garage sale and has borrowed my Step Jam video (its okay I have it on DVD LOL) in order to learn to step at her own house.
She also bought some 5 and 10 pound weights. While she won't have the complete workout setting, as at house, perhaps I can loan her some weight tapes and she can go from there. After all, that's how we all started, right?
My husband just reminded me last night that I do not know CPR, and I would feel horribly bad if something bad happened to her anyplace, but especially in my home where I would not know how to help her.
I just had a thought go through my head about insurance. Personal trainers must have to carry a huge insurance policy!
Thanks again everyone for all your help.
