Need feedback on October rotation

I've been doing the October rotation posted by Cathe that focuses on upper body. I'm curious what the feedback is so far from other folks doing it. I'm not sure why, but I feel like I lost some definition. Normally, I fit in endurance weight routines like PUB regularly and this month I didn't since I stuck to the rotation with S&H, etc. Maybe my body reacts better to endurance than standard strength routines, but doesn't that make sense?
 
I had really good results. On Wednesday I got S&H so was only able to use it for chest/back yesterday. Otherwise, I used CTX and the Pyramids (up and down). My arms seem a bit curvier and my biceps are very firm. I've also been tracking my calories on fitday.com and I think that helps too. I was surprised that with less cardio I still maintained my weight and bf% (digital scale, probably not accurate, but definitely the bf% didn't jump around so much). I'm waiting to see what the November rotation is, but definitely entertaining thoughts of doing this rotation for a while longer as I'm pretty pleased with my arms and shoulders. I may throw in a little more cardio here and there and some more leg work. But other than that, I really like the length of time for the workouts and the variety. I usually try to keep my workouts at no more than 1 hour.

Did you not use S&H at all until Wednesday? I was interested in the rotation, but I don't have S&H so I didn't know if I should attempt it or not. But your results sound really good!

Hi Lori,
I didn't use S&H until yesterday as I hadn't received it yet. I really like the Pyramids, but I've got to say, doing the entire CTX Upper Body was a fryer!!!!! Forgot to say that I don't own the Gym Styles either, but will probably order them some day too. Also, I'm seeing some definition in my forearms. Mind you, I'm not Arnold, but I sure like the look and feel. Real tempted to keep doing this one for at least another couple of weeks.

I have been doing the October rotation - but am a week behind so just finishing up my 3rd week - and I agree with the others that I have some better difinition in my arms and upper body. I was happy with the roation for sure... Although I am looking forward to what she has for November- or doing the Butts and Gutts one starting next week...
