Need exercise ideas for injurred hip flexor/groin.

I am babying a pain in my hip flexor/groin area. I have moved my cardio workouts from the step and treadmill to the stationary bike, but need advice on my weight exercises. I want to continue working lower body, but still be careful to baby this area.

I have a weight bench in my workout area that will allow me to do quad extensions and hamstring curls. I know I can safely work my calves too. But what else is there that I can do while babying this area? Floor work? Any other suggestions?
