Need ergonomic office chair for hip

I have been going through PT for arthritis in my right hip. Since my business is finally going gangbusters I have been spending a lot more time at my home-office.

The problem is that I can't sit comfortably for any length of time. If I do my hip is crazy sore & stiff when I stand up. It's sitting at the 45 degree angle that causes the pain.

Does anybody have any suggestions?? I've tried different chairs but the problem is still the same.

Have you tried a Herman Miller Chair? Hands down the most comfortable as well as durable. They are expensive (at least for me) but it’s one purchase that I don't regret. My husband, mother, and father would all agree as well.
