Need computer help

sounds like a security setting.. are you using a home or work computer to view? at my work for example, our workstations are blocked from viewing youtube, so if a site (like cathe.com) has youtube embedded, i can't see it. it's a network security setting that we can't change.

are you on a home computer?

Elsie,

In the link you posted, a video does not play for me either. I think they forgot to embed it!

For the other issues, are you using a Windows PC with Internet Explorer as the web browser?

There are two things you can do which may help if so:
a. Go to "Tools" and then "Internet Options" from the menu
b. In the dialog that is displayed cick on the Advanced Tab
c. Check what boxes are "unchecked" under "Browsing" and "Multimedia" and that might give you a clue. For instance under Browsing is "Third party browser extensions" unchecked? Or under Multimedia is "Display pictures" unchecked?

The second thing is, If something does not come up see if at the top of the browser screen a line of text appears that says "Pop ups disabled check here for options" or some such thing. Click on that band of text and it will show you an option to "Temporarily allow pop ups".

If none of this helps, please let us know again.

If you are using Mac OS or some other browser, let us know too.
