Need checkin

I'm a Cathe fan. Right now I do a lot of step, a little running and a lot of cycling. I try to do 2 upper body weights a week. Occasionally I do lowerbody weights, but I feel I work my legs a lot, and they tend to get bulky, so I don't do them. I'm not working right now, so I have lots of time to work out. I have a fitbit Surge and I try to get 1500 active calories a day. I'm getting a full time job though, so I'll cut down at that point.

Is there a check-in that I might fit into? Let me know!

Hi Missy,

Please feel free to join the daily check in or... any other check in. You can pretty much just jump in anywhere and post your workouts. All Cathletes are welcome!

And lucky for you to have so much time to workout.

Weekend Check-in. Any check-in thread will motivate you! Good luck with your fitness journey!
