Need "Cathe" link help...

In a recent post someone linked up the FAQ's of Cathe's site regarding various fitness questions. I have searched for it and can't find the FAQ section (besides the forum FAQ). Does anyone have this link? I didn't get to read the information and would love to read it! Thanks!
 
I looked at this and went under the pregancy link and one of the FAQs was "Are you planing on getting pregnant" Cathe's answer was yes and that she planned on making a pre and post pregancy tape. Did she do this??
 
No, she did not do it. I think this is a link from the previous "board," before they upgraded their system. I was trying to find it on the new website, but to no avail.

I still wish she did a pre/post pregnancy video...

I would love that. We want to get pregnant next year and i want to work out the whole time. Have you been pregnant before? If so could you do Cathe's vidoes? thanks amanda

Yes, I have been through two pregnancies. Hop on over to the pregnancy site on the Cathe Forum. You will see how the girls exercise while pregnant. It is a great place to visit for inspiration!:p (specially now that we are considering having another baby....maybe).
