Need alternatives to Bench Work for Triceps

Hi there-
I have all of the Cathe strength tapes and have been doing them throughout my pregnancy w/ modifications. I am five months along. Since it is bad to be lying flat on my back for all of the tricep bench work that is featured in all of Cathe's tapes, what alternative tricep work can you recommend that will work the same part of the tricep muscles but not have me lying flat on my back? When I try to do work on a slanted bench, it just isn't very comfortable.

I would suggest "french presses" and triceps kickbacks. If you have the use of a gym you could add triceps pushdowns. Just remember if you do any weight work overhead, there is a tendency to arch your back. Pay special attention to your form!
