Hi Everyone,
I have just finished a 8 week rotation of the Ps Series and would like to start a new one.I would like some advice i'm looking for definition so should I :
Do MIS 1X a week and the PS series or should I
just do MIS for a couple of weeks then later return to the PS series.
Any advise is greatly appreciated
