I started working out with Cathe's Cardio Burn on Fit tv. I was working out to the Firm series. I need to lose about 20 pounds. I have been noticing that my lower body is getting bigger, I have gained 5 pounds and my jeans are tight. I feel I'm still eating sensibly. I thought the weight training would build muscle, increase my metabolism and help me lose weight. What am I doing wrong?. I do a Cathe show 3x/week and run 45" once a week. I have 3 kids and am always doing something during the day (rarely sitting down). I feel great after the workouts but am getting quite discouraged with feeling of getting bigger. HELP!
