Need advice/opinions....

Hi, I've been doing a Power Hour/CTX upper body routine for the past few weeks, hitting each body part twice a week, doing cardio 3-5 times a week, schedule permitting. I havent been working legs as frequently b/c of knee pain so I've been listening to my body. For the past two weeks, my workouts havent been up to par in terms of intensity or frequency b/c of work conflicts, TTOTM, and just overall feeling tired. I've had to drop in weights for many PH and CTX exercises which frustrates me. My question is...I'm not sure if my tiredness is due to ovetraining or just work, lack of sleep etc. catching up with me. I'm in need of a rotation change but not sure if I should do a PS rotation either working each body part once or twice a week or do a 3-4 week S&H rotation. I'm really bummed about my reduction in strength, but I'm afraid if I do a S&H rotation to build my strength I'll wear myself out even more. I'm also trying to lose those last 10 lbs and want to kick my cardio up a notch. Any rotation suggestions?? I have all of Cathe's and a few others (Mindy, Powerstrike, Powerbar Training, Intense Moves). I really want to get my legs in shape but everytime I up my weight even the slightest bit my knees feel it, but my thighs and butt dont.

Thanks for listening, sorry this post was so long!!

I'm no expert, but I think I know how you are feeling. Just energiless? I would take a week off. Yep, a whole week. I am doing just that next week. It's gonna be hard, but I've been kinda in a slump lately. Not really excited about my workouts. Plus I have cranky knees too. I only work lower body once a week. And I can't do singles...always at least a 2-2 count. I'm hoping the week off will do them good.

I would skip Power Hour and just do your CTX weights, hitting each body part once per week, except your legs, which you could do twice a week. One of your leg workouts could be Power Circuit, and the other Leaner Legs. It will then be easier to fit in your cardio. Another suggestion would be to make one or two of your cardio sessions low intensity.
