Okay .. this one's going out to anyone that can help me figure out where to go from here ...
I'm nearing the end of my second rotation using PS, and while I've been pleased with the increased strength I've achieved, I think my body has stopped progressing, and it's starting to feel a little redundant to me.
What I'm looking to do now is add definition and increase strength a bit more. I have both MIS and Power Hour, and don't know if I should go on a rotation using strictly one or the other, or do a combo using both (once each per week). So I'm looking for some feedback on what others suggest, or what has worked in terms of the goals I'm looking to achieve now. Any suggestions?? I had thought maybe transitioning to just Power Hour would be good, however would going from a strength focus to an endurance focus result in sacrificing the strength gains that I've established? Hoping you guys can lead me in the right direction
