I think Body Max would be easiest

You could modify all of the tapes for dumbells. Personally, I think Body Max would be the easiest to modify, mainly because she does fewer sets and doesn't go as heavy as she does in her other tapes. I used my dumbells during Body Max for a while without any having to make any big time adjustments.
I think MIS was the tape that persuaded me that I *had* to have a barbell. I could have modified it too, I just no longer wanted to!
There are lots of benefits to using dumbbells instead of barbells. They allow you to use a much more natural range of motion during chest presses, upright rows and many other exercises. I often prefer using dumbbells. But when it comes to working legs, I *love* my barbell. I feel so tough when I heave it onto my shoulders. Me and Arnold -- we'll be back.
