Need a winter childrens story

Help . . . I am helping the room moms in a second grade class. We are doing a game where the kids sit in a circle and each has a wrapped gift on their lap. I will tell a story and each time I say a certain word, they pass their gift to the left and then another word means to pass to their right. At the end of the story, the kids keep the gift in their lap. Does anyone have any cute stories that I can use? (no books, just an outloud story). It has to be winter generic (no Christmas or Santa). Snowmen, snow, penguins, etc are fine. Thanks!

We always do this game with a made-up story and use the words "right" and "left" in the story. For example, "Cathe LEFT her keys in the gym and had to return RIGHT away to get them. Her husband said she LEFT them in her purse, but Cathe knew she LEFT them on the treadmill. She was RIGHT..."

Have fun!
