've been doing advanced Tae bo Every day for 1 hr 30 min. I heard that we need to change workouts to see results. I'm still sweating and breathing really hard ( my heart rate is still definately up. Should I still change my workout, I've been doing this for about 6 months? If yes, what would be a good video for me? Some other questions... Is 1 hr and 30 min of such intence workout too much? Are weights necessary to see results or is the toning that comes from kickboxing enough?
