This is somewhat similar to FitDay, but it can also create meal plans for you, which is pretty cool. And you can also track your blood glucose, blood pressure, weight, daily medications, etc. It will also create workout plans for you, but they are REALLY basic for most of us Catheites. (I asked it to create an "Advanced" 60-minute workout, and it was mostly walking! I wonder what a "Beginner" workout looks like???)

Anyway, the basic membership is FREE, and it seems pretty easy to use. :)
