I am wondering if anyone has used the Navy Seals videos. They look intriguing. If you have used them, which ones and did you see good results.

I have three tapes which I got in a set from the video exchange. Haven't done them yet because I'm looking for a pull-up bar....they have an option to use barbell rows, but I want to do pull-ups. They look good, and got good reviews in the Video Fitness website. I should go ahead and try them anyway. I'll let you know!It sure ain't for sissies! And there ain't no sissies in the Cathe forums, right?!!!! Of course right!!!!!! We're tough broads, along with Trevor, our tough guy.
