I have done weight training with a personal trainer 7 years ago and I've gotten fat and am back to working out. I had always done cardio and then weight training and then I saw that it's best to do weight training 1st. So I did a GS (think it was the back dvd) and then tried to get on my exercise bike and was nauseous. My heart rate was fine, blood pressure was fine and I'm not sure why I got nauseous.
I used to get nauseous when working legs with the personal trainer but I did not think I was not working out that hard.
Is this common for overweight/out of shape people or do I just have to work at even lighter weights until I get used to the program again?
