Just thought I'd share with fellow cereal lovers:
If you get a chance, try Nature's Path. I've been enjoying the Organic Flax Plus Raisin Bran. It's tasty and a great source of fiber (11g) and omega 3's. At the recommendation of another Catheite (thanks, Jess! ), I recently tried the Pumpkin Granola. I'm completely hooked! It has 450 mg of omega 3's, 1500 mg of omega 6's, and it's low in sodium. Good stuff!
