I noticed that you posted a question twice on unrelated threads and your question sort of got lost in the shuffle. Idid not want you to think that people were ignoring your question. Probably you should start a new thread. There are plenty of people here who are willing to help
I'm not sure if I remember correctly, but you were asking about interval workouts and all cardio dvd's for someone who was choreographically challenged?
The Imax workouts and Low Max are all good interval workouts and as far as the choreography, some is a little tricky, but that is what the back button is for. Also, the more Cathe you do, the easier it is to pick up new moves.
The trickiest choreography is in Step Blast and Rhythmic Step, both fun workouts, but a bit harder to pick up. Some of Cathe's older dvd's are a bit simpler (Power Max, Step Works, Step fit), but still good workouts.
Kick, Punch and Crunch is a kick box dvd that comes with Legs and Glutes and has pretty basic choreography, but is a good tough workout. There are some really good premixes on this dvd.
I hope others weigh in with their opinions.
