Name of Book Recommended Here?

Hi,
What's the book that I've seen mentioned on here about Feeding the Muscle and Burning the Fat??? I was at Barnes & Noble yesterday and I couldn't think of the name of it, but I wanted to look at it. I thought that was the name of it. It's about nutrition and weight training. I've seen it mentioned here but I did a search and can't find it.

It's Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle, but it's only available on-line, I believe.

I bought the e-book several years ago, and still reference it all the time. I don't understand why he doesn't publish it in print because it's excellent.

You can get an idea of what the book and the author are all about if you read thru his website. In fact, a lot of the info in the book is on the website.
