I know that some here use this and some have a male significant other in the home that use Myoplex. BF uses Myoplex Deluxe. He bought the Cookies & Cream flavor and isn't very fond of it. I am wondering...what do you mix it with (milk, water, etc.)? What do yo use to doctor up the flavor?
