My Xmas present - my dh is wonderful!

So I have been having awful problems with plantar fasiitis for a while now and I haven't been to a dr to get a diagnosis yet but I am 99.9% sure that is what I have. My dh has been having to deal with my whining for months about my feet hurting - poor thing! Well I have been spending alot of time in Brookstone at the mall lately using their Isqueeze foot massager because it really relieves the pain in my feet. Well to make a long story short he got me one! I didn't even think about asking for one since they were so expensive. I also ordered some heel inserts from http://www.heel-that-pain.com with my xmas money so hopefully I will be back stepping and doing high impact soon!! I haven't worked out in 3 weeks except for 1 day of Taebo bootcamp (big mistake) and some yoga.

Hey Rocker!

That was so nice of your hubby to get that for you! I haven't seen that product but love going in that store - also love foot massages and the right massage makes my PF temporarily just melt away!

I feel your pain regarding the PF. I've had it for a year now but it is manageable. My DH has it as well, but won't go to the doctor. I hope you have better luck with the inserts than he did - he got the same ones that you did, but he said they aggravated his foot pain vs. alleviating it. I hope you don't experience that....

I've said it before and I'll say it again (and DH is sick of hearing this ) Get to a doctor especially to have custom orthotics made - they have made the absolute most difference relieving my PF. Just my .02!

I'm envious of that foot massager, though - enjoy!
