My weird added bonus

I know this is going to sound strange, but ... Just before "that time of the month" I don't get regular cramps - but my calves hurt so bad I can hardly walk. It's excruciating and my OB/Gyn says it's just a different muscle that my hormones are targeting. (Anyone in this forum w/ medical background - does that make sense??) I discovered Cathe at Xmas and have been consistent with her workouts - doing more calf work than I ever got with the Firm. So now for the 2nd month straight - no calf tenderness. Why? That's just my weird added bonus of becoming a Cathe convert.
 
I have not had this w/ that certain time of the month. However, I get leg cramps when the weather changes. But, to share with you...the more fit you are the less menstral symptoms you get. Even if your menstral symptoms are calf cramps. Just had to share my thoughts.
