I would really like it if you did a series like Timesavers or Crosstrain Xpress.
Only, weights first then cardio. So many people believe that doing workouts in this manner burns more fat that the way you have done them in the past, cardio first them weights.
And if I had a fancier dvd player in my workout room, I could spend several minutes aranging my workout to fit this mold, but alas. I have a cheep dvd player, and it takes to long for me to get it to play chapters out of order. And I've only got so many minutes to workout. Don't wanna waste them messing around with my dvd player.
