Here's my rotation. Its helped me lean out and i think ... look pretty damn good!

I use the push and pull/super set series.

I do the workout three times per week, however, before the workout i pick two upper body muscle groups and work them frist with standard heavy weights for 5 sets of 5 reps. Then i do either the push and pull or supersets tape (omiting the muscle group(s) i just worked). That way i'm using heavy weights so my muscles will grow (as Cathe is very endurance based). I have seen fab resutls with these workouts. Just sharing.
