My review of Lower Intensity Step

Got my new DVD's on Friday but just started them yesterday (Monday). I did Lower Intensity Step. I have regained about 20 lbs of the 45 I lost 6 years ago and haven't been motivated to exercise. This motivated me to just start it because I knew that if I started with something like IMAX then I'd be so exhausted I wouldn't want to do anything else. The moves were a bit tricky but I loved the newness of them. Had a little trouble with the cross over with the triple around the step - I kept going the wrong way. I'm planning on high intensity tonight. I LOVE the music in this workout. I'm not big on the top 40 hits type of music. This is very motivating and has a driving feel to it. I also think that the quality of the audio is better. Cathe's voice is very clear. The music never drowns her out. Anyway, that's my 2 cents.

Hi Kim,
I love the new series too because I don't feel exhausted when I'm done. I feel worked out, rejuvinated, and strong. I haven't had the energy to do the Imax's lately, so these new workouts are exactly what I was looking for. The cardio's not too long, the weights are not too long--it's just perfect.
