For the record, I truly enjoy FYC and all the TLTs (Please note- I hated the Firms). I have also found you do have to do them more then a couple of times to really get a feel for them. Surprisingly, I found they really do workout my body in the most amazing ways.

I found this move to be challenging for my 'bad' knee, but in a way that I felt really showed the weakness in it and worked the muscles necessary to correct the imbalances in it. It was first a challenge for me to keep that knee from buckling in, but now it's easier. In fact, that part of the workout is one of my favorites! (It helps if you roll the ball out to 10 or 2 o'clock--depending on which foot is moving).
