It took ages to get them but they're here!!! I just finished Shoulders and Arms and it was pretty good. I tried the 15 reps this time for variety. The production is good. I liked the music. Liked the Crouching Bicep Curls. Couldn't do half of the Ab Ripper X. Like the audio options of cues and music only. It's a nice change to work out with guys with muscles and watch them get competitive when a woman can do more reps! I found that funny. Cathe can kick his butt. I like this a lot better than that Slim Series.
