I was making a shake with my protein powder yesterday and sort of pouting because I wanted it more chocolatey. So I added 1 tablespoon of unsweetened cocoa powder (15 cal) and some stevia and it was wonderful. I read recently that cocoa powder can help reduce inflammation in the body so I have been trying to figure out how to add it to my day. This is perfect!
