Stacy - Ah ... the drop set week! I thought that was week 4 but wasn't sure. My 2nd time through STS I decided that was my favorite week too. All those drop sets for upper body plus the tri-sets for legs were great. I appreciate the reminder and I'm thinking (just now) about throwing that week of STS into my rotation at the end of this month. Thanks
I was thinking of moving onto Meso 3 but I'm seriously considering doing a month of just week 4 Meso 2 instead! I love that the workouts are a bit shorter than other weeks too.
