My new favorite dessert

I read this in the "Hints from Heloise" column today.

A lowfat "banana milkshake"

1 cup of 2% milk (I used skim, and it was fine)
2 packets of your favorite sugar substitute
1/2 t of vanilla extract
1 regular sized banana

Throw it all in a blender, mix it up, and enjoy!

DH was so impressed, he made his own!
 
I did something similar the other day, not for dessert, but for breakfast:
1 cup mango juice (100% juice, with other juices added), one very ripe banana, a scoop of protein power/vitamin/mineral, a handful of frozen raspberries. Very yummy!
