oooooooooo my gosh.............. ihave always thought that BFL was a great concept....no fads...solid nutrition and exercise principles...well i just bought eating for life!!!!! what a great book.....if you are a low carber..you will be offended[just a warning]. the recipes are great..so simple and quick and with normal foods. it has great shake ideas along with breakfast, lunch, supper and snack meals. i may not always want to do interval cardio or seperate upper and lower body days, like BFL recommends, but i am adapting full force to eating for life and will incorporate my own exercise routine.....has anyone else read this book lately!!?? any person who has tried BFL or is currenyly doing it..NEEDS this book..some of the prep times are 15 minutes and most, if not all are less than one hour!:9 :9 :9 :9 :9 :9 :9 :9 :9 :9

I second this! I have been using this book for several months and LOVE it! The fish tacos are so yummy, and the only thing I have not cared for is the brownie recipe. Everything is healthy and delicious.

I describe it to friends who ask about my eating as "smart carb" not "low carb"....that is what this is. Eating smart.

I too am totally loving Eating for Life! I never cooked on a regular basis before this. The recipe's are so simple. Have you tried the chocolate mousse yet? Delicious! My husband has enjoyed everything I have made so far as well. My favorite breakfasts are the Golden Pancakes and the Fortified French Toast. The Orange Roughy is our favorite dinner so far. :7
