My mum - The "Shrinking woman"

She's says it was almost an overnight relization that she is definatly shrinking from her 5''4 height. The doctor pointed this out to her, and the fact became more ovious when she had to hem up her clothing in the last year or two

She's now 5''2!

I have heard the "older" people do shrink as they age, so I've now added this to my list of worries I have about growing old (as if I need any more) lol!!

Any sexy "mature" people here.........."shrinking" and can we do anything about it?

or at the age of 70, will I be shopping in the "kid's clothing section" ?

I'm 37 & I've already lost a half inch.

Oddly enough, a dr. told me this is partly due to really heavy squats. Apparently they have some kind of "compression" effect on your bones. Go figure. Now I'm 5'3". If I keep up w/my current workout I'll be about three feet tall by the time I reach 60. I guess if my head was flat & I was mute it'd make me the perfect woman.
