I hope that Cathe makes more workouts that incorporate the medicine ball. I feel like it was a wasted purchase since I use it maybe once or twice a month (I actually have to dust it off before using it). I love using it w/ core work, I really feel that it's been very effective (for me).
Maybe if there is a Boot Camp 2? I'd like to see it in other videos as well, if possible.
