My medicine ball is lonely...

I hope that Cathe makes more workouts that incorporate the medicine ball. I feel like it was a wasted purchase since I use it maybe once or twice a month (I actually have to dust it off before using it). I love using it w/ core work, I really feel that it's been very effective (for me).

Maybe if there is a Boot Camp 2? I'd like to see it in other videos as well, if possible.;)
 
I agree! I would love to see you incorporate more medicine ball moves in your workouts. I have 2 medicine balls (2 & 4 lbs. each), & I don't use them as often as I would like to justify their purchase.

I would like to see a workout using medecine balls in the cardio moves ( a "sports moves" type workout, maybe also using the high step/step and doing upper body moves with the med ball) as well as the strength moves (with options for using a handweight or no weight for those who don't want to get a med ball).

Med balls are so fun and effective to use for resistance moves that take you out of the up-down, side-side movement patterns and allow for resistance work in more circular patterns.
 
Agree! I also have to dust the dust off of mine when I use it! Please more with the Med Ball! Nothing works my abs like the stability ball and medicine ball.
