My lower body combo, Cathe style!

I was in the mood for a really tough leg workout this morning. I got the idea from Cathe herself from her April rotation, where she combines the floor work from PLB and the floor work from GS Legs. Actually, I read that rotation the first day she posted it, and I could have sworn she said to do the STANDING work from both those workouts, so that's what I did this morning. YOWZA! Needless to say, I was surprised to check the rotation and it said floor work!

Anyway, I got an awesome, tough, and (from the feel of my legs right now) effective, workout!!!!

Just thought I'd share this in case anybody else was interested.

OMG Gayle... my knees wouldn't be able to survive that kind of work. But hey, you did it! Way to go!:)

I might do the PLB and GS-Legs FLOOR combo this afternoon. IF I have the time.

That sounds wonderful. I may try combining workouts more often. And then, doing them less frequently.
