My Husband Doesn't Get It...

so I have to brag here because you all can understand.

I finally made it through the PUB biceps section matching Cathe and crew on both weights and reps. For some reason, this has been an unattainable feat of mine for quite a while. I've been through several roations of Gym Styles, S&H, and 4DS Weights and no matter what, when I bust out the Pyramids, I can't make it through. And, it was actually (somewhat?) easy! Yeah!

As a guy myself, that section is incredibly tough, I had to lower my weights the first time I did it just to make it all the way through. Easy, it's not, congrats on conquering!

That's a tough feat, especially following the short breaks Cathe allows.

Thanks everyone...I did consider trying 20's on the traditional curls after mastering hammers on the 15's (I find the hammers more difficult on the top of the pyramid) but was so happy I made it through...I thought I should just enjoy it! Yes...12, 15 and 20 is in my future!

Encourage your husband to workout with you. It's a great bonding experience, I'm sure, and then he might get it.
 
Aimee - that is so great! I had a heck of a time with the biceps section too. I could match Cathe (and go higher on some) with everthing on PUB way before I could match her on biceps. But what a rush when I could finally do it!

Luckily, my husband does get it - I recently got the Gym Styles series and was beside myself when I could do the drop set push ups on my toes! I have NEVER been able to do a full body push up! However, I sure can't match Cathe's weight on most of the GS upper body (strangely I have no problem with lower body) A new goal for me :)
