I'm going through a period of high stress and getting a bit out of shape for lack of time and energy. But I've found a rotation I can stick to during this period because it works with my schedule and doesn't require too much time or concentration. But I'm getting down on myself because I don't think it's enough and I need a reality check. Is it enough to stay fit during this rough spell?
Saturday Treadmill cardio 45 mins. and 1st half of Power Hour
Sunday Treadmill cardio 45 mins. and 2nd half of Power Hour
Mon Off
Tues Power Hour legs
Wed Power Hour chest and back
Thurs Power Hour shoulders and biceps
Fri Power Hour triceps and abs
Power Hour is one of the few workouts that is so much fun, I actually look forward to doing it. It moves quickly, doesn't require lots of time or concentration, and the music is the best by far of any workout.
Being an all or nothing person, I have trouble convincing myself that this rotation is better than nothing, so I could use a little reality check.
