My Grandma is the BEST!

my gm (mim)[yes, the vibrating one for those who remember that post] knows how hard i have been working on my diet. it is tradition that she make me a pineapple cake every year for my birthday. so this year, she broke all her rules about never changing a recipe and used Splenda just so i would still be able to have cake. And egg whites only! ain't she a sweetheart?!

i just had a piece(s) and it was delicious!!!:9
