Is TJ supposed to make my glutes hurt? I did CPM2 yesterday and now my left butt cheek is sore, so maybe I'm doing something wrong? If I keep this up I'm going to end up lopsided. :-(
I am just guessing here but maybe you just over did a move on that side. If you have been doing kickboxing workouts previousl, that would be my guess. I think this also because it is only one side. I bet it clears up and next time you do not notice this. I love the TJ workouts. I did that one this week.
