One of my friends just won a category in the Body For LIfe program. She got #1 in her age group and won a huge $25,000!!!!!!!
She is just like all the rest of us! A normal gal, who had some fat to lose. She has a 1 year old kid. She lost more than 40lbs I think and went from a size 14 to a size 6/7!!!!!! She looks amazing and looks so healthy! She completely transformed her body! She is going to be in Muscle & Fitness Magazine and everything. I am sooooo happy for her!
She did the BFL program but added extra cardio and upped her carbs to accomodate.
I thought this was also great motiviation for a Sat. morning! It sure did motivate me! Hopefully I can just be motivated to get my eating in order! This intensity series just makes me so dang hungry!
