I decided to try my hand at creating my own rotation. It's a 4 day split combining both heavy and light weights and cardio. Hope you like it
Week One
Day 1-Muscle Max Upper Body premix and abs
Day 2-Muscle Endurance Lower Body premix and 20 minute run/walk
Day 3-4 Day Split Kickbox and abs
Day 4-Muscle Endurance Upper Body premix and 10 minute jump rope
Day 5-Slow and Heavy Legs and planks from S&H Chest/Back
Day 6-Shock Cardio HiiT 30/30
Day 7-Off
Week Two
Day 1-Push Pull Upper Body premix and BM2 abs
Day 2-Legs and Glutes and 20 minute run/walk
Day 3-4 Day Split Boot Camp and abs from 4DS Lower Intensity Step
Day 4-BodyMax Double Upper Body premix-minus abs and 10 minute jump rope
Day 5-4 Day Split Legs and abs
Day 6-HiiT 40/20
Day 7-Off
Week Three
Day 1-Pyramid Upper Body and abs
Day 2-CTX Leaner Legs and 20 minute run/walk
Day 3-Athletic Step and HSC abs
Day 4-Low Impact Circuit Upper Body Sculpt premix and 10 minute jump rope
Day 5-Pyramid Lower Body and LIC abs
Day 6-MMA Boxing
