<---is glad to hear that Shannon has finally been lured to the dark side and pre-ordered the new workouts ;)
<---tells Cody that <--- has done both iTreads and CC's, and really likes CC's better, because like Beavs said, Coach Sean has a nice voice and is very motivating
<---also prefers the music in CCs because it changes at just the right times to get you pumped for a challenge
<---knows that it's really a personal preference though - some people like iTreads better, and some like CCs better
<---will say that even though the CCs cost more, <--- thinks they have been worth every last penny :)
<---thinks Beavs is very nice }( to get her SO's sister a CC... heehee!

<---says her BIL didn't believe that she could do them, so made her prove it
<---did about 30 big girl push-ups for the group of 30 and shut her BIL up
