Ramped Up Upper Body is one I do not have. What do you especially like about it?
I loved the workout from the get go. And go back to it and still love it. Everything upper feels fully addressed. It clocks in close to my well worked limit of 45m. The music matches the workout. I like a mix of resistance tubing and dumbbells.

Also love the bonus ab work.
ETA: Also the premixes!! make it easy to add a body part to another workout or create a body part rotation. AND there's a push pull premix.

I agree! It's a solid UB workout coming in under an hour. You can also use it as "Parts" or for add-ons. I use it a lot to pair with Cathe's LB workouts that she didn't create an UB match, like Butts & Guts, Leaner Legs & Abs, Greater Glutes, Lower Body Blast. Aesthetically, I love the purple and black outfits to match the steps.

Ooo - I'm glad you described this one. I missed one of my XTrain UB workouts yesterday so looking at just throwing in a complete UB workout as a sub tomorrow. Was going to do one of STS 2.0's UB workouts (which I know I love), but wouldn't mind trying something different.

I bought S&S series I think about a month ago - been sitting on it until I finish this XTrain rotation, so haven't yet tried any of the workouts.
