My entire WM calendar is gone!

I just updated (deleted a workout yesterday) and went into check what my rotation calendar for what I had planned for today and NOTHING! zip, nadda ANYWHERE!!! My workout calendar is EMPTY! I have checked several times during the day, but my Cathe November rotation and modifications are gone, and the 1st week of December that I was playing around with is also gone. All my October workouts that I entered and completed are also gone... (my CAPS are for panic, not anger! ;))

is there any way you can get this back? I did not delete them, just clicked on fridays workout in week 3 of the Edit rotation to delete that workout, Save & Exit, and it was all there last night, but nothing today!

Please help :)
 
It's back now...

Not sure what the glitch was, or maybe there was an update occuring, but all seems to be back in order... I was worried that all my data was gone! :)

In the past week I've experienced random workouts disappearing from the calendar. I haven't entered anything in advance this month, as I don't think it's reliable yet, so I only enter things when I have completed the workout. Every few days one of the workouts I have completed is just -- gone. I have to re-enter it.
 
I am trying to be patient, but with more than 3 weeks of the November rotation complete, it was hard to see a blank calendar OCT/NOV/DEC!!! So I have to agree... they are not quite there, but I'm hoping... sometimes I feel like I complain or are quick to point out an issue, but I have no other back up if WM calendar would somehow go away... might use one of my wall calendars for awhile too! Maybe when STS comes out they will have more bugs worked out and it will work like a charm on that... I think most of my issues were because I had to make so many modifications because I don't have a complete Cathe library so had to sub what I have for what was listed... that's when the trouble began! :)

I think December will be on paper or like you, one at a time! ;) at least that way I will get my calories burned and other stats, etc...

We really haven't seen any problems with workouts disappearing. My only guess at this point is two things. You think you're logged in, but really are not. Unless you click on your browsers refresh button you can not be sure that you're really logged in. The only other possible explanation that I can currently think of that could be causing your problem is a corrupt cookie. In this case you would need to delete all cookies from your browser.

We will certainly keep an eye out on this issue, but we haven't really had any reported problems like this except from what we see here.As far as we currently know all of the reported login issues have now been fixed.

My best guess is you thought you were logged in, but really were not. When you look at the header it may show that you're logged in, but this only tells you that as of your last browser refresh that you were logged in. Try refreshing your browser and see what happens. Sometimes you will also need to log out and close your browser and then open a new browser and log in.

I don't think this is the problem. Otherwise, how would the workout have shown up in the first place, only to disappear several days later and have other workouts still appearing on either side of it? And then appear again when I re-enter it without having done any of the cookie-clearing or re-logging in?
 
Here is a scenario that could explain things: If you're not logged, but think you are, then your workouts will not show and you may incorrectly think you lost them. If you then think you lost these workouts and go and enter new workouts they will both show in the Calendar.

Another scenario could be a corrupt cookie could cause you to be logged in and out and you would not know it. It can also cause several other problems. We did have some problems with people seeing other users information, but feel we have fixed that problem now. If you have a corrupt cookie it could still be causing some login issues that have now been corrected. Please let us know if you continue to have problems, but first make sure to clear all cookies. This will help to isolate the problem.
