I am soooooo excited that they are here. I am like a kid at Christmas. I couldn't get to sleep last night because I kept thinking about the DVD's, slept a maximum of five hours and jumped out of bed an hour earlier than I normally do. After my dh and kids went to bed, I watched them until midnight. I am thinking I'm going to start out with the cardio hits and alternate them with one of the weight ones until I get in better shape. I KNOW there is no way I'll get through Cathe's newer cardio workouts. Whew! They look tough, but it is definitely something to strive for in a month or so. Have any of you heard of muscle memory? At least, I think that's what it's called. When you've been in shape before, it's easier for you to get back in shape, because your muscles somehow remember? I know when I've tried running these past few years, I'm able to increase my mileage much quicker than some friends who just started out. It could be that I am able to pace myself better. Anyway...I can't wait for the kiddo's to go to school, so I can spend an hour or so with my new DVD's.:7
