I purchased the 15 lb kettlebell with Iron Core Way Volume 1&2

I was going to do the 20 lb but after being in the aisle playing with it for 45 minutes and my 2 daughters asking when we are going to see the rest of the store I decided to go on the safe side and start with the 15 until I learn and get the moves down. I can always go and get the rest later (wink, wink).

I have read some of you add these into Cathe workouts what moves. I am going to try it out on Sunday.

Thanks I have been watching Ebay for the Providence.

"The kettlebell way to your perfect body" is another one to look for. It's a 'redone' Providence, with tutorial segments for each move. Anthony still leads it, but is joined by Beth Chamberlin some actress I've never heard of). Supposedly, she got such good results from Providence, she approached Anthony about redoing it with her.

The moves/rounds are all the same as in the original Providence, as is the music. The differences are the location (indoors vs. out), the two different leads, the very useful (especially for newbies) tutorials, and the price: Providence: $49.95; "Kettlebell way": $39.95.

15# is a good place to start (that's where I started at, and while it was too heavy for some moves, like Turkish Get-ups, in the beginning, and I quickly moved on to a heavier KB for swings, it still is very useful. (And that 15# RED Gofit KB is so cute!)

You can substitute tactical lunges for lunges.
There are various squat moves you can do in place of regular squats.
Deadlifts can be done with the KB.
Sumo deadlifts can replace plié squats.
You can do overhead presses with the KB rather than 1-arm overhead presses.
1-arm rows can be done with the KB.
There's a move in 4DS where you plié down to set a dumbell on the step platform then pick it up again. This works great with a KB from the floor.
I love swings (they hit everything, and are especiallly good for the posterior chain), so I'd find a way to incorporate those into any workout.
