My December PS Rotation

I'm trying to figure out my rotation for December. I want to use Cathe's PS series as the basis of my rotation, plus do a mix of step and walk/jog for cardio, and some pilates and yoga. My goals are to lose body fat and gain muscle. Here's what I'm thinking of trying:

Monday: Walk/Jog (long) + Floorwork (GWW) + Abs

Tuesday: PS Legs (standing portion only) + Yoga/Stretch (long)

Wednesday: PS BBA + Step (short) + Yoga/Stretch (short)

Thursday: PS CST + Pilates (long)

Friday: Step (long) + PS Legs (floorwork and abs)

Saturday: Body Bar video + Walk/Jog (short) + Pilates (short)

Sunday: Rest

What do you guys think? I would love any feedback/suggestions.

Hi Chris! It looks pretty good, although I'd add in one more rest day. Like maybe take out the body bar video and give yoursef the weekend off, or move things around and take like Wed and Sun off. Just move Wed's schedule to Sat. I really think an extra rest day is the way to go. Cathe told me to take two rest day back some time ago, and I realize now that it's excellent advice! You tear down your muscles when you exercise. They build back up and get bigger and stronger when you rest. Since you do want to gain muscle, that's the way I'd go. Also, since you want to lose bodyfat too. I'd add a cardio session on Thursday since Sat. would be out. Boy, I'm confusing myself here:)!! I'll show ya' what I mean.

MON-Walk/jog, floorwork(GWW), abs
TUES-PS LEG standing, yoga/stretch
WED- REST
THURS- kickbox (or step, or walk/jog), PS BBA, pilates
FRI- step, PS SLA floor
SAT- step, PS BBA, yoga/stretch
SUN- REST
